Yes! You’ll need to obtain a Vacation Rental Dwelling License from the state’s department of business. It’s also worth noting that many areas in and around Tampa Bay are restricted to a 7-night minimum rental period.

We do 100% of the work for 25% of the earnings. Our revenue share model means we only get paid when you get paid. If you’re more risk-averse, see if you qualify for our income guarantee.

In our experience, operating costs run about 10% of income after the stabilization period. With our management fee, that means approximately 65% of the income generated by the property will hit your bank account. You use that money to pay the mortgage and utilities, then pocket the rest.

Depending on the size and location of your Airbnb property, you can expect to earn between $35-60k per year. Typically the bigger the better, and a location either near the beaches or near major theme parks and sporting attractions will lead to increased occupancy.
