Savvy has been operating vacation rentals since 2015 and we get a lot of same questions from guests about our policies. On this page, you'll find the latest updates to our services, policies, and procedures for booking with us.

Early arrival and late checkout...

We’re flexible with this so long as it doesn’t conflict with other guests who are coming or going. We also need to make sure the team's schedule will not be adversely affected.

If you want to come early or leave later, just let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Do you offer military discounts? 

Yes, we offer military discounts on most days throughout the year. You just need to send us a picture of your military ID after booking your reservation and we'll send a credit back to your account with 72 hours of departure (pending no incidentals). Thank you for your service 🎖️

Is your cancelation policy flexible?  

Because of the uncertainty of today’s travel climate, our cancellation policies are firm and we only make exceptions in cases where government mandates have restricted travel.

For this reason, we offer you the chance to buy travel insurance to protect your trip. Travel insurance is provided by Rental Guardian (not by Savvy).

How does travel insurance work? 

Travel insurance can be purchased from the time of booking up to 30 days prior to arrival.

That means you can secure your dates today and wait to decide whether you want to purchase travel insurance. Travel insurance is a great option if you are concerned with possible changes to your itinerary, work schedule, etc.

The cost of travel insurance typically ranges from 5-10% of the total trip cost  depending on the coverage you buy. So if your plans change, you may be eligible to be reimbursed for things like flights, transportation, and lodging expenses so you don't lose your investment.

Is the kitchen stocked? 

We do our best to provide all the tools you need to whip up a great meal, however, kitchen appliances and amenities vary by property. If there's a specific item you'd like, be sure to let us know in advanced and we'll do our best to make sure it's there when you arrive. 

Our aim is to at least get you started so we make sure to stock basic condiments and spices, coffee items, and cleaning supplies. If you booked one of our luxury properties, you can take advantage of our complimentary grocery delivery service.

Also, don't hesitate to let us know if you see something in the kitchen that's missing or needs replaced. Sometimes our guests actually buy things for the house because they're going shopping anyways and we just reimburse them.

How's the WiFi? 

We understand the importance of staying connected. That's why all Savvy vacation rentals are equipped with best WiFi available in the area!

That means any home you book will have internet that's fast enough to handle Zoom calls, stream Spotify, and watch Netflix all at the same time.

And of course, if you ever have any problems, we won't spare a second getting on the phone with the internet service provider to troubleshoot the issues for you.
