Short-term rental properties are only allowed in certain areas and, yes, Bainbridge Island is one of them. If you don’t have one already, you’ll need to obtain a vacation rental permit which costs about $1k. We can help with this, as long as your home isn’t in a neighborhood that’s reached maximum density.
