Welcome to the Battle Point Refuge, located on peaceful Fletcher Bay, Bainbridge Island.  This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom estate sits on an acre of land with gardens, plush grass and your own private dock. The home boasts large windows facing the beautiful Fletcher Bay.  A huge open kitchen makes gatherings comfortable for all.

Refuge is a newly listed private home located waterfront on Bainbridge Island. You have your own private dock located just steps from the house.  You will experience many different settings during your stay as high tide and low tide have a huge impact on what you are seeing and the wildlife that comes.  We offer two inflatable kayaks for your pleasure to take out on the bay and channel.  

Inside you'll find four (4) bedrooms, two (2) full bathroom and 2 half bathrooms.  The home has recently been updated with new floors in the common areas and new appliances in the kitchen.

The first floor consists of one bedroom with a twin over full bunk, another twin bed and walk-in closet.  Outside the bedroom is a yoga room, a full size bathroom with walk-in shower and laundry, living room area with XL smart TV and ping pong table.  

The second floor is the common areas of the home, the main entrance is through the 2nd floor.  The living room, kitchen and dining room is likely where you will do a lot of your gathering and entertaining.  The huge living room windows give you picturesque views of Fletcher Bay.  The kitchen has been updated with all new appliances and counter tops.  We provide all of the necessities for your stay, if you aren't sure, just ask.  The second floor also had one bedroom with a Queen bed that is located across the hall from a half bathroom and 2nd laundry area.  

The third floor hosts the two other bedrooms with a Queen and King bed and shared bathroom. This bathroom has a (smaller) shower, soaking tub and two vanities.  

Outside you have tons of privacy and green space for the whole family.  The house sits on an acre of land with many different gardens and areas to soak in the PNW.    You have your own private dock and access to the water.

BOOKING POLICIES

+ Pets welcome -- Maximum 2 per stay under 50lbs. Additional fee of $30/pet/night.
+ Three exterior security cameras covering the front door, driveway and backyard.
+ Must be 25 years old to rent; photo ID required for age verification prior to arrival.
+ Security Deposits and Incidentals... A $100 Security Deposit is required for all bookings. Security deposits and incidentals are collected separately by the property host (not by host site).
+ Renter's Agreement... All guests must sign a renter's agreement before arrival info is provided.
+ Cancellation Policy... We adhere strictly to the cancellation terms listed. To protect your purchase, we provide you with an option to buy trip insurance, including a " Cancel for Any Reason" policy. (terms apply; more details provided after your booking is confirmed)
