All of the rooms have a Smart TV in them. The master bedroom features a king bed, an ensuite bathroom with a step-in shower, and access to the pool.  The first guest bedroom hosts another king bed and shares a bathroom with the third bedroom that has a bunk bed with a queen and a full. Each room has a closet for storage needs

The backyard was recently installed a huge overhang and protection from the sun, there is also a built-in umbrella for the pool area.  In the backyard we also have dining for 6 and an outdoor fireplace.

☆☆ OTHER NOTES ABOUT THE HOME ☆☆

☀ Pool heating is optional ($100/night). Spa heating is complimentary.
☀ Enhanced cleaning practices are implemented to sanitize and disinfect the space after each stay.
☀ The property is suitable for children under supervision. It has not been child-proofed.
☀ No smoking or vaping indoors under any circumstances.
☀ Quiet hours are from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am
☀ A pet under 30 lbs is allowed, for an additional fee of $15/night. If you intend to bring assistance animals, please inform us ahead of time.

☀ Utility deposit is required for each booking -- this may or may not be included in your booking total but will need to be collected before check-in regardless. Please check booking details to verify.
☀ Security Deposits and Incidentals... A $100 Security Deposit is required for all bookings. Security deposits and incidentals are collected separately by the property host.
☀ Renter's Agreement... The renter must sign a renter's agreement before arrival.
☀ Cancellation Policy... We adhere strictly to the cancellation terms listed. To protect your purchase, we provide you with an option to buy trip insurance, including a " Cancel for Any Reason" policy. (terms apply; more details provided after your booking is confirmed)
