The master bedroom features a king bed, Smart TV, walk-in closet, an ensuite bathroom with a step-in shower, and access to the backyard with outdoor lounge seating.
The second and third bedrooms have a queen bed each, with wardrobe closets. Both guest bedrooms are also equipped with Smart T Vs. Guests in these bedrooms will share the second bathroom which is outfitted with double sinks, walk-in shower, and plenty of vanity space for getting ready to go out on the town.

The star of the show is the brand-new sparkling swimming pool complete with a built-in jacuzzi spa, tanning shelf, and bubblers that light up the night with multi-colored LE Ds.
If you don't want to sprawl out on land, you can lounge in the water on one of the several pool floats and noodles that are provided (including an electric pump for easy inflation). With the outdoor shower, you can skip the pool altogether and cool off in the outdoor shower.
When the scores are settled and the day is done, crack open a cold one and take a seat around the firepit while the BBQ masters throw steaks and kabobs on the Alfresco grill (natural gas and with ceramic tiles), then roast some s'mores for dessert!

☀ Pool heating is optional ($200/night). Spa heating is complimentary.
☀ Enhanced cleaning practices are implemented to sanitize and disinfect the space after each stay.
☀ The property is suitable for children under supervision. It has not been child proofed.
☀ No smoking or vaping indoors under any circumstances.
☀ Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am
☀ Zero-tolerance policy for outdoor noise—violation could lead to immediate eviction without refund.
☀ Pets Allowed – With additional Cleaning Fee. Please inform us ahead of time.
☀ Security Deposits and Incidentals... A $100 Security Deposit is required for all bookings. Security deposits and incidentals are collected separately by the property host.
☀ Renter's Agreement... The renter must sign a renter's agreement before arrival.
☀ Cancellation Policy... We adhere strictly to the cancellation terms listed. To protect your purchase, we provide you with an option to buy trip insurance, including a " Cancel for Any Reason" policy. ( Terms apply; more details provided after your booking is confirmed)

☀ 12.5% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is required for each reservation (subject to changes). This is (typically) included in your initial booking payment. If for some reason it's not, we'll request it separately and payment will be due before arrival.
