The main house has four bedrooms, each with private bathrooms, and a separate casita with an additional bedroom, bathroom, and living room.

Bedroom 1:
The first bedroom is the master suite and features a comfortable King bed, voice-controlled blackout blinds that open and close with just a few words (or a press of a button), a ceiling fan, a large walk-in closet, and a private entrance to the patio for direct access to the pool area. There's also an en-suite bathroom, complete with dual vanities, a jacuzzi, and an oversized walk-in shower with double showerheads and omni-directional water jets.

Bedroom 2:
The second bedroom is outfitted with 2 Queen beds, ceiling fans, and an entertainment area with a smart TV and additional lounge seating. This room as a private entrance to the exterior, too, except this one leads to the garden area where you can pick fresh table grapes right off the vine! The bathroom ensuite also comes complete with double vanities, a large oversized shower, and plenty of closet space for your belongings.

Bedroom 3:
Bedroom 3 has a cozy Queen bed, a ceiling fan, and a separate private entrance with direct access to the outdoor area. There's also a small desk if you need to crank out some work in between the fun and games. The private bathroom is well stocked and features a single vanity with plush towels and high-quality toiletries.

Bedroom 4:
The fourth bedroom features a Queen bed, a comfy couch, a ceiling fan, and an ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. There's a huge closet for storage, and a guitar for the musician of the group in case you want to skip the high-def smart TV. This bedroom also has a private entrance with direct access to the pool area.

Casita:
The fifth bedroom is the casita, located in the separate pool house. This is an ideal place for the kids to escape and feel like they've got their own house! This private area is outfitted with its own spacious living room, kitchenette, and spacious closet for storage. There are 2 plush Queen beds and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

All bedrooms are equipped with high-definition 65-inch or 55-inch smart TVs with 4k quality and access to your favorite streaming channels including Netflix, Hulu, HBO, Disney, and more!

The kitchen also has all the necessities for serving, including cookware, bakeware, dinnerware, cutlery, glasses, and even plasticware for outside use. Other amenities include coffee machines, a water boiler, an Instant Pot, a toaster, and a centrifugal juicing machine. The two oversized islands are perfect for a buffet-style meal or for laying out some tapas for casual snacking.

Lots of great places outside to sit and relax in the sun and even get some work done. The pool and hot tub was a godsend. The kitchen is gigantic and perfect for feeding a lot of people.
