BOOKING POLICIES

+ Pets Welcome... Maximum 2 per stay under 30lbs. Additional fee of $30/pet/night.
+ Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am. Please be respectful; noise travels easily in the open desert.
+ Must be 25 years old to rent; photo ID required for age verification prior to arrival.
+ Security Deposits and Incidentals... A $100 Security Deposit is required for all bookings. Security deposits and incidentals are collected separately by the property host (not by Air Bn B).
+ Renter's Agreement... All guests must sign a renter's agreement before arrival info is provided.
+ Cancellation Policy... We adhere strictly to the cancellation terms listed. To protect your purchase, we provide you with an option to buy trip insurance, including a " Cancel for Any Reason" policy. (terms apply; more details provided after your booking is confirmed)
