Welcome to Sunny Avenue!  Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun!  Conveniently located in Palm Desert within a few miles from shopping, restaurants and more.  This spacious, 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, 2,500sqft house is a great choice for your temporary home away from home.   

Sunny Avenue is a great place for families with the many different activities, games and spaces that the house contains.  Step inside the front door and you'll see the large dining room which can accommodate dinner for up to 8 and a small reading area.  To the living room there is the electric fireplace, Smart TV and large sectional seating for the whole family.  The kitchen is spacious with a center island that faces the wonderful backyard.  Four barstools gather around the island but there's four more on the high top table just behind. The kitchen has a gas stove, double oven, refrigerator and dishwasher.

The backyard oasis is where you might spend most of your time.  The wonderful in ground saltwater pool and spa that can be heated, if you'd like (inquire further).  There are two chaise lounges with cushions where you can get your tan on.  There's another swing chair with new cushions or a bistro table with couple of chairs that you can also enjoy.  Under the patio is dining for a total of 8, with some options to add some more.  There's a fan overhead to keep things cooler on those summer evenings and a heater for those cooler spring, fall and winter evenings.  Also enjoy a couple other lounge chairs with cushions.  

Off the front door is one queen bedroom and down the hallway from the living room are the others.  Guest bedroom #2 has two beds (full and twin) and guest bedroom #3 has a queen bed.  Each bedroom has a large closet with storage space and hangers.  The three guest bedrooms share a full bathroom with tub/shower combo and a half bathroom.  

The Master Bedroom is for the King and Queen of the stay.  It has a King bed, ensuite bathroom with large standing shower and soaking tub, double vanity and huge walk-in closet.  There's plenty of extra sheets and towels.    If there's any little ones that like to crash with the parents, there's a pullout bed for that.  

Enter the garage and find the "man" or "kid" cave.  There is an old school arcade game, pool table, corn hole and various other games and cards.  There's seating for 8 around the circle table that makes these games easy to play.  

All in all Sunny Avenue is a great option for families or friends that are looking for some space but also some areas to host great fun and experiences.

☀ Pool heating is optional ($100/night). Spa heating is complimentary.
☀ Enhanced cleaning practices are implemented to sanitize and disinfect the space after each stay.
☀ The property is suitable for children under supervision. It has not been child-proofed.
☀ No smoking or vaping indoors under any circumstances.
☀ Quiet hours are from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am
☀ 2 pets under 30 lbs are allowed ($15/pet/night). If you intend to bring assistance animals, please inform us ahead of time.
☀ Security Deposits and Incidentals... A $100 Security Deposit is required for all bookings. Security deposits and incidentals are collected separately by the property host.
☀ Renter's Agreement... The renter must sign a renter's agreement before arrival.
☀ Cancellation Policy... We adhere strictly to the cancellation terms listed. To protect your purchase, we provide you with an option to buy trip insurance, including a " Cancel for Any Reason" policy. (terms apply; more details provided after your booking is confirmed)
