+ STRICT outdoor noise policy - violation will result in immediate eviction without refund.
+ Must be 25 years old to rent. Photo ID required for age verification prior to arrival.
+ Security Deposits and Incidentals - A $100 Security Deposit is required for all bookings. Security deposits and incidentals are collected separately by the property host (not by Host site).
+ Renter's Agreement - Point of contact must sign a renter's agreement before arrival info is provided.
