You'll also find four cozy bedrooms from the luxurious king bedroom to the charming bunk room, every space is thoughtfully decorated to ensure a restful night's sleep for you and your loved ones. There is also a desk in the guest room should you need to work during your stay. The kitchen features granite countertops, a dining table that seats 12, and all the appliances you’ll need including a Keurig, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, and microwave as well as a mini-fridge downstairs.

Booking Policies:
1. No pets are allowed on the premises.
2. Before arrival, renters must sign a rental agreement, which is mandatory for receiving arrival instructions and the door code.
3. A security deposit of $100 is required for all bookings, collected separately by the property host.
4. The guest count on the reservation must be accurate, as pricing varies depending on the number of guests.
5. The property strictly adheres to the listed cancellation policy. Trip insurance, including a "Cancel for Any Reason" policy, is available for purchase to protect your booking.
6. At times, the property may need to collect your ID for various reasons, such as local government or HOA requirements.
7. While the property is suitable for children under supervision, it has not been child-proofed.
8. Noise, including music, talking, singing, and activities, should not be audible beyond the property line to ensure consideration for neighbors.
9. Smoking or vaping indoors is prohibited under any circumstances.
10. A 12.5% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is required for each reservation, typically included in the initial booking payment. Any outstanding amounts will be requested separately before arrival.
11. For rentals lasting 28 days or longer, a utility deposit may be required. Further details are available upon inquiry for such reservations.
12. The property features an exterior camera for monitoring the front driveway.
