If you don’t have one already, you’ll need to obtain a vacation rental permit which costs about $1k. We can help with this, as long as your home isn’t in a neighborhood that’s reached maximum density.
We do 100% of the work for 20-30% of the earnings, depending on your property’s type and location. We’re not the cheapest solution but remember, you get what you pay for.
